Inside the Build: Concept to Experience

Every unforgettable brand moment starts long before event day. Before the lights, before the crowd, and before the first piece of content is captured, there is a concept that must be shaped, refined, and brought to life with intention.

This week, we are taking you inside the build for Teoxane and sharing how we brought their vision to life through purposeful creative assets, interactive design, and a strategic attendee journey.


The Vision: Honoring Teoxane’s Swiss Precision

Teoxane challenged us to design an expo booth that felt innovative, elevated, and true to their Swiss skincare identity. They wanted a space that communicated clinical credibility while still feeling warm, engaging, and accessible.

Our goal was to blend brand integrity with interactivity so attendees could understand Teoxane not only through information, but through experience.


The Creative Approach

We started by mapping the full attendee journey and ensured every creative asset guided visitors with clarity and curiosity.

We built an interactive information feature that allowed guests to engage with Teoxane’s science. The custom spinning drops installation reflected product formulation and hydration, giving attendees a sensory moment they could feel and remember.

The booth itself used an SEG fabric structure with soft lighting, modern lines, and an open layout that expressed Teoxane’s premium but approachable identity.

Every visual, material choice, and text panel was selected to support comfort and understanding. The creative assets carried visitors through the story without overwhelming them, resulting in a cohesive, educational, and fully on-brand experience.

The product education wall was such a fun way to have guests interact with the brand while also serving as an art piece with the hero products sitting in transparent bubbles hinting back to their brand’s visual guidelines.

Why It Worked

This booth succeeded because it did more than inform. It brought the brand to life in a way that caught eyes and connected audiences. Every element of the attendee journey, from the first visual impression to the final interactive moment, was designed to help visitors understand Teoxane through curiosity, clarity, and connection.

People may forget product details, but they remember how a space made them feel. This build delivered that feeling with intention.
