Tara Wilson Agency, LLC ("TWA," "we," "us," or "our")
Last Updated: August 9, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Tara Wilson Agency, LLC ("TWA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website at www.tarawilson.com (the "Site") and our business communications with clients, prospective clients, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors (collectively, "you").
TWA is an experiential marketing agency providing brand activation, event production, and creative services to business clients. We do not operate a consumer app, podcast, or e-commerce storefront, and this policy is written for that business-to-business context.
This policy does not apply to personal information TWA may process on behalf of a client, as their service provider, in the course of producing an event or activation (for example, a client's event guest list). That data is governed by the terms of our agreement with that client, and by that client's own privacy notices — not by this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you:
● Submit a contact or "get in touch" form on the Site (typically: name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message), which we store in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Pipedrive
● Email, call, or message us directly, which we may also log in Pipedrive to manage the relationship
● Apply for a position with TWA (name, contact information, resume, and related application materials)
● Sign up for our email newsletter, which we manage through our email marketing platform, Klaviyo (name and email address, and, if you provide it, company name)
● Meet with us in person or exchange contact details at an event or trade show
Information collected automatically.
● Standard web log data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps), collected automatically when you visit the Site
● Analytics data via Google Analytics, including pages viewed, time on site, general geographic location (inferred from IP address), device/browser information, and how you arrived at the Site
● Cookies set by Google Analytics and by our website host to support these functions. See Section 5 below.
Information we do not intentionally collect. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the Site.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
● Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services
● Evaluate and process job applications
● Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
● Understand how visitors use the Site (if analytics are enabled)
● Meet legal, contractual, and vendor-compliance obligations (including client security reviews of TWA as a vendor)
● Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the Site
We do not use the information we collect for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
● Service providers. With vendors who perform functions on our behalf:
● Klaviyo — email newsletter delivery and list management
● Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics
● Pipedrive — our CRM, used to manage inquiries and client/prospect relationships
● Zapier — used only to route new website form submissions (contact form and newsletter sign-up) into Pipedrive and Klaviyo; it does not connect to any other tool or data source
● These providers are authorized to use the information only as needed to provide services to us, and each maintains its own security and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review directly.
● Legal and safety reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
● Business transfers. If TWA is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
● With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, or with your consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic (such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found the Site), and cookies set by our website hosting platform to support basic site functionality.
You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no uniform industry standard exists for how to interpret them.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records, respond to inquiries, and meet legal and contractual obligations. [Optional: state a concrete retention period once you have one, e.g. "contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months."]
If you subscribed to our email newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Klaviyo email, or by contacting us directly. It may take a few business days for your request to be processed.
7. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and any legally required authorities in accordance with applicable law and our internal breach response process.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us to:
● Request access to the personal information we hold about you
● Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
● Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal retention needs
● Request that we restrict or limit how we use your personal information
● Object to certain processing of your personal information
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tarawilson.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as client or partner sites, or our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
